Management is the bottom line focus: like How can I best accomplish certain things? Leadership deals with the top line: What are the things I want to accomplish? In other words ” Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things,”
Management is efficiency in climbing the ladder success; leadership determines whether the ladder is learning against the right wall.
Ready for Hardwork
You work in organization like this is your organization and you are owner of particular organization this gives you lot of motivation. You always ready for Hardwork because their is long shifting hour in each department.
Yor can ask any General Manager or Executive Chef of any particular Five star property How you hardwork done in past. They will said you A Lot.
So remember if you want in to succeed in hospitality industry Hardwork is the most important.
Focus on your Personality
In 3 year program in college your personality become Amazing if you attend your classes regularly and honestly. In Hospitality industry is all depends on your Personality like how to speak, listen, your problem solving ability this is all come under in your personality.
